AS Entertainment website terms and conditions

These “Terms and Conditions”, together with the “Privacy Terms”, regulate the use of the www.balletdarussia.com website and the AS Entertainment services contracting policy. Both documents must be read carefully before any purchase is made through the website.

Any reference to the “User” must be understood as the person responsible for the purchase and / or the persons benefiting from the purchase. Any reference to “Services” or “Service” should be understood as activities, excursions, transfers, theme parks and any other service available on the website www.balletdarussia.com.

The User, when contracting the Services, agrees that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and that you have the ability to agree to them.
  • You consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Terms.
  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You have the appropriate minimum age, when the Service contains age restrictions.

Pricing Policy

The prices of the Services are in R $ (Brazilian reais), and are applicable at the time of purchase in accordance with the provisions of AS Entertainment websites and promotional materials. The prices of the Services may be modified at any time, without prior notice. The price of the Services will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Once the full payment has been made, the price cannot be changed. If the prices have been wrongly displayed on the website or promotional material, AS Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the reservation made and effect the full refund of the amount paid within 7 days.
Payment

It is the User’s obligation to correctly provide all the data requested by AS Entertainment to complete the purchase, such as full name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number, date of birth and CPF. AS Entertainment is not responsible if such data is not made available correctly.

It is the User’s responsibility to check the booking confirmation and ticket submission emails. AS Entertainment must be notified immediately if there is an error or omission, and AS Entertainment will be free of any responsibility if it is not notified of the failures within 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email. Changes and cancellations of reservations by the User are subject to the “Cancellation Policy” described below.

Tickets

E-tickets will be forwarded within 72 hours after payment confirmation. However, AS Entertainment reserves the right to forward tickets within 7 days of purchase. If the latter period is not observed, the User will have the right to cancel the purchase at no additional cost and obtain a full refund of the purchase.

It is the User’s responsibility to carefully read and follow all instructions contained in the tickets. It is also the responsibility of the User to print the vouchers / tickets and present them at the entrance of the attractions and follow the instructions for using them, and in the event of loss or damage of the tickets, the User must reprint them.

Changes and Cancellations

If the User needs to make any changes or cancellations after receipt of the ticket, the User must contact ATD by e-mail contato@balletdarussia.com within 48 hours after receiving the e-mail confirmation of purchase or e -mail with tickets. Changes are subject to administrative fees, in addition to the price difference between the Services. Such costs may increase over time and, therefore, AS Entertainment requests that any changes or cancellations be notified within 48 hours of receipt via email of the ticket.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following rules must be observed:

If cancellation is requested 42 days or more before the date of the Event, the User will be refunded 80% of the total purchase amount.
If cancellation is requested from 28 to 41 days before the date of the Event, the User will be refunded 70% of the total purchase amount.
If the cancellation is requested from 8 to 27 days before the date of the Event, the User will be refunded 60% of the total purchase amount.
If the cancellation is requested within 7 days or less from the date of the Event, the User will not be refunded on any purchase.
If the purchase was in installments, we do not return the entry or the value of any ticket itemized in the Specific Cancellations section. Since ticket reservations are made since the payment of the first installment.

Change or cancellation by AS Entertainment

AS Entertainment reserves the right to modify or cancel the Services contracted at any time, offering the User the following options: 1) Change the Services contracted by others similar to be offered by AS Entertainment; or 2) Obtain a full refund for the contracted Services. The User must inform AS Entertainment about his choice within 07 days of AS Entertainment’s new offer. Failure to notify AS Entertainment within the aforementioned period will assume that the User is in agreement with the proposed changes.

Force Majeure

AS Entertainment is not responsible in cases of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as defined by law, that may interfere with AS Entertainment or its suppliers. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, threats of war, civil war, terrorist attacks or terrorist threats, riots, governmental acts, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological accidents, adverse weather conditions or similar fleeing events control of AS Entertainment or its supplier (s).

Users with special needs

AS Entertainment will endeavor to meet any individual needs, but to do so, the User must inform AS Entertainment at the time of booking which special needs or requests apply. AS Entertainment, however, cannot guarantee that such needs will be met. If it is not possible to meet these needs on reasonable terms, AS Entertainment reserves the right not to confirm the reservation. If the information necessary to meet special needs is not communicated at the time of booking, AS Entertainment reserves the right to cancel it in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, and the User may lose the amounts spent.

Outdated page

The tickes announced on the AS Entertainment website are available for immediate delivery. On the rare occasion that the User encounters an outdated website through search engines and purchases a ticket that no longer exists, AS Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund it or exchange the non-existent ticket for a valid one. AS Entertainment does not have the power to control outdated pages found through search engines, such as Google or other cookies saved on the User’s computer.

Special offers

Promotions are subject to availability and may be removed from the site without prior notice.

VIP Club

The VIP Club is a benefits Club offered by AS Entertainment, with exclusive benefits for Members. Benefits can be changed at any time, without prejudice to AS Entertainment. The values ​​refer to the service’s annual fee, which can be paid in up to 12 installments through PayPal.

If you want to cancel any of our services, please contact our Communication Channel (contato@balletdarussia.com). We will fully refund the amount paid if you have requested cancellation within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment. If you requested cancellation after 7 (seven) days, we will refund you the proportional amount, referring to your usage time. After this period, the amounts will not be refunded.

Category upgrade: The PARTICIPANT can, at any time, request to improve the level of relationship with the CLUB, being able to rise from the official level. For this, the PARTICIPANT must contact the relationship center, request the category upgrade.

The PARTICIPANT undertakes to pay in full the annuity due to the CLUB, through its association.

Protection of personal data

AS Entertainment strictly complies with the legislation regarding the protection of personal data, which determines that the User’s personal data are:

  • Correct;
  • Processed in accordance with the law;
  • Used in the most limited way possible;
  • Adequate, relevant and not excessive;
  • Processed according to the User’s rights, in accordance with the law;
  • Insurance; and
  • Maintained for the shortest possible period.
